Premptive Strike = Ninja Assassins are trained to stop their opponents' attacks with their own. When attacked in melee, the Ninja Assasin may use its Hit Bonus instead of Dodge Bonus when rolling to dodge an attack. If the Ninja successfully dodges using its hit bonus, it may immediately make an attack on the missing unit.
